The International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) is pleased to announce its collaboration with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) to provide members of both organizations with training and resources aimed at improving the safety and performance of facilities and professionals worldwide.
Through this partnership, IFMA members will have access to NFPA's prestigious training and certification programs, as well as more than a century of experience in fire prevention, wildfire preparedness, electrical safety, hazardous materials handling, and community risk reduction. In turn, NFPA members will receive special pricing on IFMA's globally recognized, ANAB-accredited courses and credentials, allowing them to expand their understanding of fundamental concepts and competencies in facilities management.
IFMA established its strategic partnership program in 2021 with the goal of offering built environment professionals a unique source of interdisciplinary training provided by the industry's most respected and influential organizations. This program offers specialized training opportunities that address a variety of mission-critical roles and cover the entire operational lifecycle of the built environment.
