Colombia. Construction companies, real estate and developers of Quindío, Caldas and Risaralda will be invited to the Great Real Estate Show of Corferias, a fair considered the most important real estate showcase in Latin America, which this year will be held between September 25 and 28, in Bogotá.
According to Lucas Grajales de los Ríos, executive producer of various fairs in the construction sector, the Horizontal Property Market of Bogotá, summoned him to coordinate the participation of the region in the fair.
"Last year we were with 18 exhibitors at the show and Corferias described our participation as 'very good' and proposed us to have a unitary pavilion to make a more corporate presentation," he said.
He mentioned that Corferias gave him Hall 5 that, although it is only 400 square meters, will serve to attend at least 35 exhibitors, among the three departments of the Coffee Axis.
"The great plus of being the invited region is that we will be in the promotion that Corferias and the fish market carry out in all the media. In addition, having a pavilion is to be able to give total management to the area. We are going to intervene the façade with elements that identify the Coffee Axis".
He also recalled that according to advanced studies on the housing market, in Quindío almost 58% of buyers have learned about the projects through fairs.
