Argentina. With a monetary injection close to 100 million pesos (US$11.8 million), the construction firm Coma S.A. together with the architecture studio Bodas Miani Anger, present Vilanova Office, a triple-A office complex, with LEED certification in Buenos Aires.
The venture proposes a differential in terms of sustainability and comfort, being the first AAA office complex with LEED (Leadership in energy and environmental design) certification for its construction in the west corridor, which is awarded to sustainable projects that respect the exhaustive construction and operational methods required by the certification. In addition to having a positive impact on health and the environment, the system contributes to reducing the operating costs of the building and therefore the expenses.
The complex will also have commercial premises, among which a bank, a car dealership and two gastronomic spaces are foreseen, which will nourish the commercial offer in a block of great visibility and exhibition.
As for the amenities, it will have underground parking, courtesy, 24-hour security. In addition, it integrates its architecture into the urban space of the area and has an attractive design and unique outdated volumetry, projecting an imposing image that will undoubtedly transform it into a local icon.
