Colombia. Grupo EULEN announced that Juliana Herrera López is the company's new Regional Manager for Antioquia, an executive with more than 16 years of experience in the sector in topics such as strategic leadership, human talent management and organizational transformation.
Juliana Herrera López is a Business Administrator and Specialist in Human Talent Management from the CEIPA University Foundation, and a Master's Degree in Product Management from the International School of Management (EIG Education). He has a specialized focus on Senior Management and Strategic Leadership. Her solid background is complemented by her experience as Regional General Director of Antioquia in Seguridad de Occidente Ltda., where she implemented for 16 years strategies that generated significant value for the organization and its customers, achieving high standards of quality, efficiency and financial sustainability.
The executive has led business transformation processes, developing high-performance teams, as a transcendental factor in the fulfillment of the strategic and superior objectives of the companies under her charge.
